The Site is owned and operated by IBG NEW-YORK LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal place of business at 810 Seventh Avenue, 3rd Floor, Suite 315, New York, NY 10019, USA, represented by Jennifer Raphael, Manager (hereinafter referred to as "LIVA," "we," "us," or "our").

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We aim to respond to verified requests within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days in total), we will notify you within the initial 45-day period.

8.3 Opting Out of Sharing for Advertising Purposes / "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
If you wish to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (including through Meta Pixel and Google Analytics advertising features), you may:

9. DATA RETENTION
